The widespread COVID-19 epidemic has had a profound impact on businesses all around the world by hastening their digitalization. operations of airport are also being transformed to ensure business continuity. Malaysian government's mobility control order (MCO) requires workers work from home alternate days. This working structure necessitated requirements for active knowledge exchange behavior. study examines Airport Terminal Services (ATS) employees' sharing attitudes, subjective standards, and perceived behaviors using quantitative method. findings show that associations between attitude behavior in moderate. respondents demonstrate weak relationships norms sharing. As result, it is suggested ATS should invest improving norm developing culture within firm. A comprehensive management system includes data information access, storage, retrieval would allow corporation continue regardless situation. Knowledge accelerated via constant communication, staff engagement, training. vulnerable variety unforeseen events, including pandemics, natural disasters, accidents. ensuring resilient design processes workers' desire embark change endeavor critical corporate sustainability.
